Default controls for combat, PK, chat, inventory, movement, and helper actions.

PK Binding

Force attack / PK a player

Hold Ctrl while clicking or using a selected skill on another player when PK is allowed in that area.

`Left Click`	Move, attack, talk, or pick up	Context action based on what is under the cursor.

`Q`	Use health potion	Consumes the assigned health potion.
`W`	Use mana potion	Consumes the assigned mana potion.
`E`	Use antidote / cure item	Consumes the assigned cure item when available.
`Shift`	Hold position	Keeps your character from walking while targeting.
`Ctrl`	Force combat modifier	Used with attacks for hostile player targeting.
